Our son recently completed kindergarten at Mont Ivy, and we couldn't be more grateful for the incredible journey he had at this school. From day one, the teachers demonstrated a deep understanding of each child's unique strengths and areas for growth, tailoring the Montessori approach to support holistic development. One of the standout features of Mont Ivy is how intentionally they foster independence and confidence in children. Simple habits—like rolling up mats after use, putting toys and materials back in their place, and keeping their surroundings clean—were instilled from the very beginning. These practices not only taught responsibility but also gave the children a sense of ownership and pride in their environment. The weekly mic activity was another highlight. Each week, children were given a topic to prepare and speak about in front of their peers. This regular public speaking opportunity helped our son build confidence, improve communication skills, and become more expressive. We also loved the circle time sessions, which engaged the children in meaningful activities that built both social and academic skills in a fun, collaborative way. As our son now moves on to Grade 1, we feel much more confident about this next step, thanks to the strong foundation laid by Mont Ivy. The school also guided us during the school search process, and even connected us with alumni families, which was incredibly helpful and reassuring. A heartfelt thank you to Aparna and Paras for creating such a nurturing, enriching environment. Mont Ivy will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we are so glad we chose this school for our son's foundational years.
