My son went to Mont Ivy Preschools for 2.5 years and we're very happy with what and how he learned. Firstly, Montessori method itself is very kids friendly as it allows them to explore themselves by engaging in various activities of their choice, at their own pace. There is no peer or time pressure as each kid works on his/her own activity instead of a teacher instructing 30+ kids do the same thing — whether one likes it or not. Secondly, about the school itself, we're little cautious initially as school was relatively new. After few discussions with Aparna and Paras, it was obvious that they understand a lot about education, kids, their psychology and that of parents. That was the most important factor in getting our confidence in a new school. Despite being confident about their methods, they were open to discussions and trying few different things. Other good things about Mont Ivy were – their focus on safety and hygiene, including a comfortable and safe transport; flexible holiday schedule, allowing us to plan our holidays throughout the year without worrying about missing any fixed syllabus; other activities like cooking, music, dance, exercise, public speaking, reading books, etc. Overall, we've seen good development of our son in 2.5 years. He always liked going to school and his teachers. Most importantly, he has become curious and inquisitive about things, is able to work independently and shows lot of maturity for his age. If you're looking for a great start for your young one, I'd highly recommend Mont Ivy.
