Our daughter, Prisha, attended 2 years of preschool at MontIvy. And without any hesitation I can say that these 2 years are going to have very positive and lasting impact on our daughter's life. The only reason for only 2 years, was our relocation. We wish our daughter gets this kind of environment throughout her academic life. I still remember, when Prisha turned 2.5, we started searching for schools for her. We had searched all the preschools in neighborhood, read almost all reviews about each of them, shortlisted some, and then personally visited at least 10 of them. After this rigorous exercise, Montessori pattern and MontIvy was our clear choice. Some of our neighbors who had their similar aged kids in other schools, had later switched to MontIvy after observing the confidence and progress in our daughter in just few months. We were so right about our decision. Prisha not just liked all the activities as part of her daily routine, she loved her teachers and premises equally. The benefits of Montessori pattern about – 1. focus on the overall development of the child, including some of the very basic but important life skills, activities like cooking, music, dance, exercise, public speaking, reading books, etc. 2. one to one interaction between child and teacher, 3. individual progress tracking – are truly lived here. These practices lets the child become independent and nurture her creativity and imagination. The school is excellent with respect to safety features, hygiene. Apart from the regular curriculum the school also has regular educational trips that give kids the real world experience. Our daughter often surprises us with her knowledge of various concepts, her vocabulary, imagination, independence and confidence. We could not have asked for more!!
